LIA Licina Intelligent Assistant

Your phone rings at 10:47 PM. This time, someone answers.

LIA is a custom-built phone and web assistant that books, reschedules and cancels appointments – matched to your processes and connected to the systems you already use. An example of how we build AI agent prototypes for real-world production use.

LIA

Hey, I'm LIA, your Licina Intelligent Assistant. What's your name?

Caller

Hi, I'm Markus.

LIA

Great to meet you, Markus! How can I help you?

Caller

I'd like to ask about booking a free, no-obligation introductory call about Microsoft Copilot.

LIA

Sure. An introductory call takes about 30 minutes and is non-binding. Thursday at 10:00 AM is open – would that work for you?

Caller

Thursday doesn't work for me, but Friday morning would.

LIA

Friday at 9:30 AM is open. Shall I book that for you?

Caller

Yes, please.

LIA

You're all set, Markus. You'll get a confirmation by email shortly.

Outside business hours

Evenings, weekends, holidays

Calls no longer go unanswered. The assistant picks up, clarifies the request and books the appointment.

On your website

The same assistant in chat

Visitors who prefer typing over calling can book directly on your website. The appointment lands in the same system.

Data handling

Set up to match your requirements

Hosting and data processing are aligned individually with you – GDPR-compliant and fitted to your existing Microsoft 365 environment.

Why LIA

Not an off-the-shelf tool. An assistant built around your business.

Custom support and setup

Tailored to your business and your existing tools. We handle the setup – no technical knowledge required on your side.

Broad integration

Calendar, inventory, CRM, phone system. If there's no ready-made interface, we build the connection for your case.

Human, not mechanical

The conversation doesn't feel scripted. The assistant listens, asks follow-up questions and handles unusual requests too.

The Service

From the first conversation into your system.

LIA is not off-the-shelf software you set up yourself. The assistant is developed to your requirements and implemented into your existing environment – implementation and operation are part of the service.

Telephony

Answering calls, booking, rescheduling and cancelling appointments. Around the clock, no hold queue.

Website

A web agent that advises visitors and books appointments directly into the system.

Integration

Appointments, customer data and notes flow to where your team already works.

Development

Custom workflows, conversation rules and edge cases are built, not just configured.

Operation

Adjustments during live operation whenever your processes change.

Process

Three steps to your own assistant.

1

Schedule an initial conversation

We look together at whether a phone assistant fits your processes and where it makes the biggest difference.

2

Live test

You get access to the test area and hear for yourself how the assistant handles your requests. Scope and duration are agreed during the initial conversation.

3

Proof of concept

Implementation in your system, connected to your calendar and software. From here, the assistant works in real operation.

LIA is a reference project from our AI Agent Prototype Sprint service. Development, implementation and operation are carried out by Licina AI & Modern Workplace Consulting – more on the background.

Frequently Asked Questions

What clients want to know upfront

Can callers tell they're speaking with an assistant?

The assistant speaks naturally, pauses and responds to follow-up questions. On request, it can transparently disclose upfront that it is a digital assistant.

Which systems can be connected?

Calendar, booking software, CRM and phone systems. If there's no ready-made interface, we build the connection for your case.

What happens with requests the assistant can't resolve?

It transfers the call or takes the request in a structured way and hands it to your team. You define which cases always go to a person.

How long does onboarding take?

After the initial conversation, we agree on the test period together. Implementation into your own system then depends on scope and interfaces.

Test Access

Hear your own assistant in action.

In the initial conversation we clarify your use case. After that you get access to the test area – no setup effort on your side. We'll discuss scope and terms in person.
